Congratulations on your purchase of an Undersee Speargun. You're purchased a Speargun that will give you a life time memories.

Lifetime Warranty 

Undersee Australia offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty upgrade for all Undersee Spearguns purchased from a reseller within Australia. The Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage will only apply to spearguns purchased in Australia, accompanied by proof of purchase and those who are registered correctly and in full within the Undersee Australia data base.

Undersee Australia warrants that it will fix, repair or replace any defective Undersee Speargun as described above at no cost to the consumer other than the expense of the consumer returning any defective speargun to the place of purchase or returning it directly to the Undersee Australia Head Office. After service, the speargun will then be returned place of you dropped it at or sent back to you if sent to Undersee Australia. All Undersee Spearguns sold in Australia come with a 12 months warranty. This 12 month warranty will cover against any defects in materials, workmanship and performance of the product. Registered products will have the upgraded from 12 months to limited lifetime. Please refer to what the upgraded Warranty actually covers below.

Conditions for Limited Lifetime Warranty Upgrade

  • The Undersee Australia Speargun details must be registered with Undersee Australia within 30 days of purchase. This registration should be completed online by you the purchaser. You can register here online.
  • It’s the consumer’s sole responsibility to ensure the product is registered.
  • The Undersee Australia Speargun must only be used as intended for normal recreational fishing purposes.
  • Only Undersee Australia Spearguns purchased within Australia are applicable to the warranty upgrade.
  • This warranty shall be void if the speargun has been tampered with or modified by a person (or persons) not authorised by Undersee Australia to perform such a service.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser only.
  • Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the Undersee Australia limited Lifetime Warranty.
  • Perishable and consumable items, including but not limited to Gun Rubbers, Gun Bungees, Bridles, Shooting Line, Crimps, Prangers, Tips, Floppers and Spear Shafts are excluded from the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  • To maintain this Limited Lifetime Warranty you must maintain your own proof of purchase.
